Previously, Jake was a Vice President at Union Square Advisors, a NYC & SF-based investment bank, where he helped lead the execution of technology M&A and capital raise transactions. Prior to this, he worked at Lincoln International in their TMT M&A group in London. Jake began his career at KPMG in Melbourne, Australia. He is a Chartered Accountant (Australia & New Zealand) and received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
